FEE SCHEDULE
All rates are subject to change.
Labor Arbitration
Per Diem Rate: $1500 per day of hearing, study & writing (effective 6/1/23)
Per Hour Rate: $250 per hour for pre-hearing motions, correspondence and drafting (partial day)
Cancellation Fee: $1500 per scheduled day of hearing if within 30 calendar days of hearing
Rate: $250 per hour for travel time over four hours from Portland, Oregon or San Francisco, California, plus reasonable costs incurred for mileage, meals, lodging, and clerical.
Employment Arbitration
Per Hour Rate: $400 per hour of pre-hearing motions and conferences, hearing, study & writing (effective 8/1/23)
Per Hour Rate Travel: $250 per hour
Cancellation Fee: $1500 per scheduled day of hearing if within 30 calendar days of hearing
Rate: $250 per hour for travel time over four hours from Portland, Oregon or San Francisco, California, plus reasonable costs incurred for mileage, meals, lodging, and clerical.
