FEE SCHEDULE
All rates are subject to change.
Labor Arbitration
Per Diem Rate: $1750 per day of hearing, study & writing (effective 1/19/2026)
Per Hour Rate: $250 per hour for pre-hearing motions, correspondence and drafting (partial day)
Cancellation Fee: $1750 per scheduled day of hearing if within 30 calendar days of hearing
Rate: $250 per hour for travel time over four hours from Portland, Oregon or San Francisco, California, plus reasonable costs incurred for mileage, meals, lodging, and clerical.
Re-billing Fee: For any invoices outstanding after 60 days, parties will incur a $250 monthly re-billing fee.
Employment Arbitration
Per Hour Rate: $400 per hour of pre-hearing motions and conferences, hearing, study & writing (effective 8/1/23)
Per Hour Rate Travel: $250 per hour
