Arbiter Barbara J. Diamond handles labor and employment arbitration in both the public and private sector. She is trusted by both labor and management for her intelligence, integrity, fairness, and professionalism.
In her previous career as an attorney, Barbara practiced public and private sector labor law, including a robust civil rights and appellate practice. She is a founding member of the Oregon State Bar constitutional law section, a former member of the OSB Labor & Employment Section, and a frequent speaker for the Oregon State Bar. She clerked for Hon. Hans A. Linde, one of the founders of modern state constitutional law theory.
